Agreement

These Terms govern access to Cogniversum websites and Role Wright software products. By creating an account, using the service, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Products and services

Cogniversum operates Role Wright, subscription software for job seekers to save roles, score fit, tailor resumes and cover letters, connect a Chrome extension, and submit curated applications through a controlled-browser workflow.

Customer responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account, profile, resume, and billing information.
• You are responsible for reviewing application materials, answers, consents, and attestations before submitting them.
• You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, or unauthorized information.
• You must not use the service to impersonate another person, spam employers, bypass usage limits, attack the service, or violate applicable platform rules.

AI outputs and controlled-browser workflows

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for a role. Browser-assisted submission can be affected by employer websites, ATS providers, email providers, browser extensions, rate limits, and network conditions. You remain responsible for final application content and submission decisions.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid access may require an account and active subscription. Billing is processed by Stripe. Plan prices, billing cadence, renewal terms, usage limits, and any promotion terms are shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Refunds, disputes, delivery, and cancellation handling are described in the Refund and Dispute Policy.

Restrictions

Cogniversum sells software access and related support, not recruiting services, staffing services, immigration advice, legal advice, tax advice, or guaranteed employment outcomes. Customers must comply with applicable laws, employer requirements, export controls, sanctions, and third-party platform rules.

No employment guarantee

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employer responses, salary outcomes, visa outcomes, background-check outcomes, or the continued availability of any job posting.

Availability and termination

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or create security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogniversum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost data, lost profits, or employer decisions.
