Overview
Cogniversum operates Role Wright, a software service for job-search workflows. We use personal information to provide account access, job analysis, tailored documents, browser-assisted application workflows, support, security, and billing.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, authentication method, and login events.
- Profile and job-search data such as resume content, work history, skills, preferences, saved jobs, generated documents, and application status.
- Browser extension and controlled-browser telemetry needed to save jobs, fill application forms, detect review fields, and debug failed submissions.
- Email or inbox data you authorize us to access, such as verification codes needed for an application workflow.
- Billing status, plan, invoices, support requests, device metadata, IP address, logs, and security events.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata such as customer ID, subscription status, invoice status, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Cogniversum and Role Wright services.
- Score job fit, generate tailored resumes and cover letters, operate browser-assisted workflows, and present fields for user review.
- Send sign-in links, support responses, billing notices, service notices, and optional product or job-search updates.
- Detect abuse, debug failures, enforce usage limits, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We may share information with vendors that host, process, secure, email, analyze, or support the service, including payment processors such as Stripe and AI or infrastructure providers used to operate product features.
When a customer asks Role Wright to prepare or help submit an application, profile and application information may be sent to the employer, recruiter, ATS, or job board operating the target application form. We do not sell customer lists to data brokers.
Retention and choices
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Customers can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, tax, legal, or backup purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
